Marathon Training is hard work and grueling.
If done right it’s a great race and it’s even better when you have set a PB or running for the first time in a race you didn’t think you could do.
The training plan consists of two sessions per week and a training plan for long runs and recovery days.

Each plan is designed for each individual, not only do we focus on running but a big part of the Marathon Plan is injury prevention. Therefore one of the weekly training sessions will be a conditioning, core and stretch session.
